Client Services Assistant
Pauline Wong joined the firm as a Client Services Assistant in 2015 and holds a Series 7 and a Series 66 license through Kestra Financial, as well as a Life and Health Insurance License. All of these licenses provide her with a higher level of understanding when working on cases involving clients’ investment and insurance needs. In addition, Pauline also holds an Enrolled Agent license which allows her to serve as a consultant for her small tax return practice. She has known Ed since the late 1990’s when they were both involved with Campus Crusade.
Pauline earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine in 1984, and then worked as a software engineer for 10 years. After that she worked with the Cru student ministry at California Polytechnic University Pomona and then a year in Tokyo, Japan. She later earned her teacher’s credential and a Master’s Degree in Education from California State University Long Beach and then worked as a high school math teacher in Long Beach Unified School District for 9 years.
Pauline’s educational and career experiences make her a valuable asset to the company. Her data analysis expertise, organizational skills, and customer service talents are utilized to help create the great client experience.
At her leisure, Pauline enjoys traveling, cross-stitching, gardening, and spending time with her little dog, Toby.
